Shout out to Sandhya at the Meridian Ave. branch. I showed up at 4pm on April 15 to start my taxes and she handled everything with grace and empathy. I truly felt cared for.
Made an appointment. Received email with confirmation. Went to the office and they told me they too busy even though appointment slots are available. Waste of time!
Great service! We do our taxes with one of their remote professionals and had to come in to get forms filed. The front desk person, believe his name was Oscar, was amazingly helpful and organized. Made the paperwork super easy and the onsite team answered the questions we had promptly! Great service and highly reccomend!
Do NOT set up an appointment with Lakshmi Priya Venkatesan. This person does NOT show up for their scheduled appointments. Complete waste of my time.
