I contacted Block Advisors to do the tax return for our nonprofit organization. Paperwork was provided to Sue Devuyst in July for a return due September 15th. Supposedly, an extension was filed, which would have given us to March 15th I was in the office on March 6th, and the return was filed electronically that day (or so I was told). Two weeks later, I received an invoice from the IRS for over $2,500 for late filing.
