Dyan is by far the most unprofessional and unorganized person I have ever dealt with. She submitted all my returns showing I was getting refunds yet didn’t do the paperwork properly so now I am getting letters saying I owe thousands of dollars. She lost all my paperwork and completely stopped talking to me when the IRS started sending letters.
