Cathy is an expert at what she does, she always goes above and beyond to help you no matter what your situation is.
This is the worst experience I've ever had with a tax preparer. If you own a business and decide to use them do so at your own peril. Make sure you document every word they say to you. They cost me an $1880 penalty with the IRS and never took a drop of responsibility for it. Communication was terrible. Excuse after excuse for not getting my return done on time. Then they made the paperwork out for an extension but failed to file it. They required a $99 fee to be paid up front before they could file, fine. But they failed to ... read more
