Block Advisors made filing my taxes super easy this year! I've used other services, but I have to say Patricia at Block Advisors made this process very easy. She was knowledgable and experienced, and worked quickly to get my taxes done, and was able to chat through any questions I had.
Firstly , I would like to thank Josie and Bri Loftis for helping me at the very last minute to have my 2022 taxes filed. This was the 1st time that I had filed for an extension. I was recommended by a friend to Sammy Jaffe. She seemed nice and personable. Sammy had asked to bring the tax documents in early because they are a bit complicated . Took my lunch hour to drive to Block Advisors at Preston and Forest and find out what's going on. It's been almost 60 days on my tax return. Sammie Jaffey has my tax information and will NOT return calls or emails. Terrible service!
Met with Sammie Jaffe over 45 days past to assist me with an FLP return. Both entities transacted No business in 2022. Multiple calls and emails have not been returned over the last two weeks. NOT happy!
