I called today to make an appointment to get my taxes prepared. The lady was nice. I told her that due to personal family matters that I had 4 years of taxes that needed to be prepared. She then goes on to tell me that they would not be able to assist and could only file an extension for 2025. They’re busy because the deadline is next Wednesday. I asked if that was for all H&R Block offices and she said no, just theirs.

Unprofessional Rarely pickup phone calls Went there at 4:30 after I called and double checked that they close at 5pm and found no one
Still waiting for my agent to get back to me over a month later. Will not be using block advisors again.
