I had an appointment at 10:00am, and I waited 30 minutes in the parking lot but no one showed up. Don’t waste your time.
This is my second year using this tax service. The staff generally lacks empathy and respectful communication. My services were also rushed and I was unable to view my return for errors until I paid my balance in full. NOTE: the system tied my review to a Chapel Hill location, but I used a Durham office.
Robert was outstanding very helpful and diligent.
