Ira was so helpful and professional. We had just gotten married and we’re filing in different states and we’re so confused, but Ira helped clarify how to best file so that we could maximize our return. She really felt like an advocate for us, and we could tell she wanted the best for us. The whole experience was super quick and professional. We’d definitely recommend this place.
Unprofessional and disorganized. You will schedule an appointment online then get a text from someone saying that time actually isn't available. Then I finally had an appointment and the person couldn't care less about helping me solve the problem after filing taxes with them. They only want your money when you file, if anything goes wrong they do not care even if you pay for the package to have assistance. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else to get your taxes done. Avoid this branch and H&R Block in general
Advisor is good, but this year it wasn't possible to watch the screen as entries were typed. Was told by boss that they are "working diligently" to correct this. If not fixed by next year, I'll go elsewhere.
