After 7 years of Pam Peterson . Iv finally had enough of her !! Pay someone too do 1 w-2 and 89.00 . And I still haven’t got my refund ?? I don’t care if she has been there for 25 years ?? FOLLOW UP WITH THE CUSTOMER !!!!! 89.00 $$ dollars later !!! I’ll definitely find someone more friendlier . !!! And doesn’t get attitude ??? Bad attitudes are not NECESSARY !!!!!!
My tax professional, Lisa, was extremely knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process. She took the time to thoroughly explain the reasoning behind the tax decisions and filings, ensuring I fully understood everything before moving forward. Her patience, expertise, and clear communication made a complex process feel manageable and reassuring.
I Mrs. Martin I'd wish I came to her early on in my tax preparations, she helped me alot in understanding the ends and outs if my taxes. I would highly recommend making an appointment with her.
