Make sure that you ask how much they charge prior to booking. FYI - They charge $400 for a self-employed filer. Joann did take a very brief moment to look something up for me. So, that was nice. But this was after she took a glance at my income, looked back up at me and said, "You do know that we charge $400, right?"
