Regular services and I’ve been a customer for many years. However this year will most likely be my last. H&R Block has “out priced” itself. I use a straight forward tax form, not itemized and it still costs BIG with zero justification. H&R Block you did it to yourself.
Good service but cost us 4x to file this year than it cost with our previous HRB office in Northern California. Our taxes did not get much more complicated so not sure what to make of it.
After filing with them for past 7 years, the costs were double this year without any justification or any complication work my tax situation.
Rachel Moore is a wonderful tax advisor. She is thorough, professional and competent. Rachel explained all information to me fully and clearly. On top of it, she is a kind and caring person who made sure to find the best tax solutions for me.
My tax preparer was thorough and allowed me to sit with her so I could explain certain aspects of my itemizations that aren't clearly interpreted by someone from outside my business.
