Overall terrible place to go. Inefficient, rude, unprofessional, impossible to get a hold of-basically any negative characteristic they could have, they have.
The lady was very nice and friendly but unfortunately kept making mistakes with my numbers and not going back to verify anything so I had to keep letting her know she was entering things incorrectly including my DOB and SS#! Also I have just a straight forward W2 and that’s it but the fee with them was going to be $250. I did not feel comfortable paying all that since I practically did it myself. I chose not to proceed with them.
