I’ve been going on living here for three years and the new management is no help or unresponsive. Also when you need maintenance done, they do not replace or fix things with what you had before. We are supposed to have smart switches but mine went out and they replaced it with a regular switch. This can be a small issue but when you are charge an internet/smart package it becomes an issue. The old management was nice. The coffee machines had coffee, the hot tub and pool worked, the pool tables were well maintained. I renewed my lease because my experience was genuinely nice. Since the new staff last year, the amenities charges on rent never goes down but none of the amenities are usable including simple things like having coffee in clubhouse which almost every apartment building provides (the management brags about having several coffee machines in the clubhouses across the building). Clean and well-maintained apartment in a prime location. The facilities are great and everything is easily accessible nearby. Overall, a very comfortable place to live—highly recommend!
