Update: I reached out to the community manager after they responded to my review saying to do so, they never responded. So bad. Management is absolutely terrible here. Do not move here.
Update: after they responded to my review and said to contact them, I reached out per their instructions and they NEVER RESPONDED TO ME. What a joke. Don't move here. They told me I could park in a specific spot in while I was moving in and then they towed my truck while I was moving in with Sammy stuff in it and refused to pay for it. Worst moving experience I've ever had. The management are terrible and take no responsibility. Cindy in particular was the worst. She showed zero empathy.
