Bloch did my sister’s AC replacement 4 years ago and did an excellent job. This week she called Randy to get an estimate as her furnace was tagged out of commission during a tuneup by Mr. Hollands for a cracked heat exchanger. Randy provided estimates nearly half the price of Mr. Hollands. He provided her with several options. Bloch installed a Bryant 2 stage furnace and replaced her filter assembly to accommodate a larger filter. Brandon knows HVAC. He started out efficiently cleaning our boiler, answered all my questions and explained the operation of our heating system plus simple things I can do to help it run efficiently. I have a much better understanding of how our hydronics operate. And it was affordable.
Bloch, installed a new heating and AC plus all new duct. They did a great job and finished on time.
