Brandon was great! Came and serviced our heating and air conditioning units. Walked us through and answered all of our questions. Gave recommendations for maintenance. Very happy with the service provided! Would definitely recommend. One big plus: local service with local staff-no call center from out of state like some other companies.
I can’t recommend Bloch Heating & Air enough. During a recent heat wave, Brandon came out after hours to get our AC running. He did everything he could to save our old unit, but when it became clear it needed to be replaced, he went above and beyond by coming back on the weekend to install a new one so we wouldn’t have to go without air any longer. There isn't a scale for how good Brandon at Block is. My neighbor is dealing with life's toughest challenges and needed service after hours far from Brandon's home. He not only came right away, he displayed great technical acumen and fixed the issue on the spot. His ability to truly care and put others needs above his was remarkable. I can say for certain that I have never met someone like Brandon and recommend him with reservation.
