Bloch did my sister’s AC replacement 4 years ago and did an excellent job. This week she called Randy to get an estimate as her furnace was tagged out of commission during a tuneup by Mr. Hollands for a cracked heat exchanger. Randy provided estimates nearly half the price of Mr. Hollands. He provided her with several options. Brandon knows HVAC. He started out efficiently cleaning our boiler, answered all my questions and explained the operation of our heating system plus simple things I can do to help it run efficiently. I have a much better understanding of how our hydronics operate. And it was affordable.
