She is not a bed side manner type doctor. She delivered my son in 1996, and instead of doing an Episiotomy she decided to cut and stitch me up with no freezing, and my son was 8 lbs 12 ounces and 23 inches long, and I also went in labour with a bladder infection. She had the nerve to tell me to "Never have anymore children" coming from somone who had NEVER had any of her own. Stay away from her if you want somone who has compasson and kindness!

Dr. Christine block was a terrible dr. In 1996. Left my granddaughter in the birth canal way too long. My daughter pushed for 3-4 hrs. So much pain. She suffered. By the time they were going to give her an epidural. It was too late. Dr Block should not be practicing..Hopefully she went back to university to know what to do.

I read the reviews and felt nervous. But once again I am reminded to have an open mind and try to be unbiased. Dr.Bloch is very thorough and patient. I found her demeanor extremely approachable and went through questions I had as my due date is nearing and my regular OB-GYN was away. I was Anxious at this appointment but felt at ease. Wonderful experience and looking forward to the opportunity to interact again.
