The instructors are seriously the best mix of hype and heart — they push you just enough but make it feel like a party every single time. I love Bloc Cycle, my 2 best friends and I go to the 5:30am classes every week. Although 5:30am sounded crazy in the beginning our instructors literally make waking up at 4:30am seem not so crazy! Our Tuesday instructor, ERIN, is AMAZING! She really pushes you to your full potential and makes you realize how strong you truly are. Erin’s classes are always going to have high resistance, lots of hills, and a fast pace, but you will love it when you start to see the results.
