I booked a blowout for my sister and me and also paid extra for the head massage add-on. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. My shampoo felt rushed — it seemed like only the top of my head was washed for just a few seconds — and neither of us received the head massage we paid for. I had asked for a bouncy, voluminous blowout, but my hair ended up flat and straight. The salon itself was nice, but the service didn’t match the price or expectations.
I HIGHLY recommend coming here for any of your hair or makeup needs. My sister and I came here kind of as a last ditch effort to achieve the “old Hollywood waves” look for my sister’s wedding. We were treated like royalty from the second we walked in until the second we left. Theresa is amazing and checked on us throughout our time there.
