Terrible, they do not know to do an updo, two people had to work on my hair, as soon as I get home my hair was all loose what was supposed to be a low bun and I have a party tonight and the hair is a mess! Don’t go to this place
I truly don’t like leaving negative reviews, and I would never post one unless I genuinely felt this dissatisfied. I always try to give people grace—especially on a busy holiday—but since it was New Year’s Eve, I was really excited for the night and for what was supposed to be my first blowout experience. I was hesitant to visit this salon for a hair service because their website didn’t mention any models with type 4 hair. However, I called and spoke to a friendly young woman who made me feel at ease.
