I never leave bad reviews but I came to share some feedback. Firstly I will say up until today I had never had a bad experience here, this was my favorite hair salon prior to today’s service. I came in yesterday for a blowout, but unfortunately my hair went completely flat the same day two hours later… I was disappointed and I’m not sure if the person that did my hair today was even trained to do hair. Had a great experience with Candice and Vanessa this afternoon. They were extremely professional and amazing at what they did with our hair! Five stars for them!
The place is beautiful and clean, and I was warmly greeted upon arrival. David did my hair, and after showing him a picture of what I wanted, he nailed it. He took the time to make the updo perfect, and I appreciated his kindness and attention to detail. Freddy did my makeup, carefully listening to my preferences, making recommendations, and overall doing a fantastic job. Crystal did my daughter's hair and also did a great job. The absolute best experience with Vanessa! She took her time and made me feel brand new! I loved it!
