I am a member and get my hair done at both this location and colleyville weekly. My issue is with the timeliness of their appointments. Today I arrived for a confirmed 12pm appointment. I was happy to wait because I showed up early. Was told your stylist will be here at 12. Stylist showed up at 12:20, rushed through my wash and then disappeared in the back somewhere knowing that my service was already behind schedule.
