I went to Blo in southlake for the first time on Saturday while visiting a friend in Texas and it was amazing! Although it was so busy in there I felt attended to at all times by the ladies in there. My services came out so beautifully. I would highly recommend this location.

This was by far the rudest experience I’ve ever had with a business. I visited to inquire about an unexpected billing charge, wanting to understand what it was for. As I was speaking to the front desk receptionist, a woman abruptly slammed down her hair dryer, stormed over, and demanded, “Give me the phone number.” No greeting, no courtesy—just immediate hostility. The curls from my blowout didn’t last an hour but they weren’t great curls to begin with. My stylist does not know how to round brush hair, so my hair is frizzy which is the exact reason I get my hair blown out every week….so it’s better than when I do my own hair. Would not go back! Such a waste of money!

I would have been better off asking my husband to wash and style my hair than this place! I have long hair and one row of extensions so taking an hour and a half wasn’t a big deal, but my stylist was blow drying my scalp to the point of burning multiple times. My hair was a giant frizzy nest when I left the salon and unfortunately didn’t have enough time to brush with water before needing to go to my event.
