When I walked in the place was very dead and I was told to wait on my stylist. A few minutes later she came we started with me looking through a book for an example of what I was looking for. I wasn’t really giving much explanation as to what styles were included in the basic blowout, which is what I was getting. I chose a basic curl. I expected much better quality and stylist experience for the price. Hair was pulled out multiple times during the session (yanking through my hair with the brush rather than starting at the bottom, painful massage, etc). The finished product was very mediocre. I wish I would’ve asked for my money back.

Horrible management, stylist cant do African American hair. Do not waste your money. Stylist was rude and should consider gum

I had a great experience with Lillie! She made me feel so comfortable from the start and we had great conversation. She was very knowledgeable about the style I wanted and it was clear she knew what she was doing. She asked me what products I liked / didn’t and how I usually liked my blowouts which really helped. My hair was dried and done quickly and I was so happy with how it turned out! I have super thick hair with extensions.
