My hairstylist was nice. I liked her. But I was charged with something I wasn't aware of and it was not cheap. I didn't know I had to pay extra to just have my hair tied back. I wouldn't mind paying but I would appreciate it if I was told.
I called at 8:30 this morning when the books were completely open and specifically asked to be placed with the most experienced stylist available, since my regular stylist Olga wasn’t free. Instead, the receptionist put me with someone fresh out of cosmetology school who had never even done a blowout pin curls before. My hair was barely washed, the blowout took over an hour and a half, and ultimately my hair looks terrible. Best blowouts!!! Amber P is amazing!!! Highly recommend!
I asked specifically if they use alcohol free products as I have tape ins I was assured it would be ok. Half of my extensions have come out in les than a week. I expect a refund
