I have been here so many times and today I had a extremely frustrating experience. The hair stylist did not understand what I was asking for after showing multiples photos and videos (its the same style i consistently get done there but a different stylist) - she kept saying she understood but didn't. I was asking her not to do certain things and she did them anyways. Overall was a WASTE of my money and time. The hair fell out within minutes. Super disappointed.
Think carefully before booking with Cam or trusting Blo Yaletown to properly treating client care. If you expect honesty, respect, and professional service, both this stylist and the way management operates are serious red flags. Last-minute rescheduling, tardiness ,inconsistent professionalism, and a transactional attitude make it clear that client experience is not always the priority. Nicole and Shima were the only consistent bright spots and the only ones I would personally recommend.
I have a membership here but only because I always ask for Jaclyn. She is consistently excellent and goes above and beyond. My hair always looks amazing when she does it. And Shima’s head massages are amazing 🤩
It was the best hair styling experience I’ve ever had, and ELENA was truly amaziNG.
