Needed a last minute blowout, they had availability. Great! First time here, immediately when I walk in there is a sense of unfriendliness. My stylist, Dana I believe seemed bothered to be there, cold and just UNFRIENDLY. Not really sure what the deal was here, my whole experience was off putting. Not looking for special treatment or small talk, just decency when dealing with customers. Blowout was fine, but I booked online and didn’t realize it was charging the full amount of the appointment. I also paid at the appointment so two charges for the same day for one blowout processed on my credit card. I called 4 days later once I noticed and was told a manager wasn’t onsite but they’d leave my name and number for the following day. That was 5 days ago and I haven’t heard back or recieved a refund. I used this salon for my baby shower. They have reasonable prices compared to other local blow-out bars . Thank you for making me feel beautiful on my special day !
