Erin and Jordan are great! I am Puerto Rican and don’t have the best hair to work with! However this did not stop Jordan from doing great with my hair type! She gave me tips and tricks on what I can do to hold curls as well! I also unfortunately was late for my first appointment ever with them ( definitely worried about it getting cancelled or effecting the customer service) but let me tell you they were so great! If I could leave zero stars, I would. I’m a mixed woman with afro-textured hair (3C/4A) and usually wear my hair natural, but I wanted to switch it up for a date. I’ve had blowouts before at other salons (who were unfortunately booked), so I called this salon specifically to ask if they could handle my hair type. The woman on the phone assured me they could. Had a 9am appointment, arrived before 9 but no one was there and the shop was locked up. Despite getting multiple reminders about my appointment over the past few days. By 9:30am I gave up and left. Tried calling but it just rings inside the store where there is no one. Had no other way to reach out. No one reached out to advise of any changes. Was a waste of time and very disappointed as I made the appointment weeks ago.
I really enjoyed my experience here. It was super easy to go online and book an appointment same day. I needed help getting my hair washed and styled after having a surgery where I couldn’t lift my hands over my head. I opted to add the scalp massage and the deep conditioning add ons. It was exactly what I needed for my recovery. My stylist was super helpful. This was the first time I’d ever visited and I’m definitely going back :)
