We moved to Alberta moving from ontario and found a place to rent through Baseline management dealing with Trenton Almeida.Trenton was helpful and responsive.We had no issues and our tenancy was smooth.Will recommend this company for rentals.
DO NOT RENT from this company. Worst rental experience, Trenton is a terrible landlord and will only screw you over. 3 months after moving out and no damage deposit back and he wont even answer my partners texts or phone calls. Rented a basement suite and he rented the upstairs to nightmare tenants every 6 months and never did a thing when we had issues. Told us someone died upstairs and insinuated the guy was dangerous and then took 3 months to evict him and the guy had to move out Christmas day. Next tenants "forgot" the b... read more
It seems Trenton just works for the landlords' benefits. If anyone would rent from this company, if Trenton says anything nice, or something like "it's ok, it's fine" make sure to request him document that. Or else when you end your lease, you will find some "random" things deducted from your damage deposit and you have nothing to prove they are legit. I was so tired of talking to him.
Horrible experience. Realtors lie and scam their way around. Shady company hiring shady people. Wouldn't even recommend to my worst enemy.
Landlord f8xed any problems i had when I was there , very fr8endly person in general , help me out when I was struggling when I was a few days late on rent do to job change , enjoy the property, was a great location , was very quiet and nice place I lived
