I worked there recently. going through a claims battle. This man is not an employer that should be able to have his business. I have mentioned to him on many occasions that his employee (Julie) is huffing dry erase on my first day of training...as well as drinking in my vehicle it got to the point I put my two weeks in after nothing being done. I had the company clean a unit last minute, they are not my typical vendor. The workers were super nice, and to the eye the clean looked satisfactory. Once I got close, after signing off on the walk through.. the attention to detail is non existent. The day of the move in I was sweeping, scrubbing baseboards, washing the dishwasher, mopping. Scrubbing the toilet. They didn’t even touch the dryer.. Not only does kevin treat his customers terribly and rushes his employees threw jobs causing Loss to quality work. he miss classifieds them as an independent contractor (tax evation much) plus he lets them go by change his lock code and keeping their last check
