After multiple attempts to reach this company to get a refund for services not rendered I have decided to pursue this legally. I have never in my life dealt with someone who lied so much. I requested her services, the company that owned the building I rent ended up doing all the repair work so I did not have to. AVOID! She is an unlicensed big talking LIAR! She takes a big down payment, does nothing, and runs. Full of promises on Friday’s and rainy days then no answercontact on Monday. Just a complete subletting SCAMMER. Check out the BBB website complaints! She frauds everyone from the elderly to all military. Feel free to contact me for future testimony, if you don’t heed my warning.
Unorganized, unreliable, horrible work. 0 stars if possible. Worst experience for any work I have ever hired anyone for. ******* lies and refuses to make good on work. She was my foreman and never showed up to my house once. 2 week estimated completion turned into 6 months. I had to get my credit card company to sue her before any money was refunded. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!!
Their general contractor never showed up for one day after she collected the down payment for the project. . Over charged for the entire project- claimed she had a general contractors license which she never did. Still owns money for items that they never completed. DO NOT HIRE

This ticket was subbed out to a sub contractor who did the work. and the GC license number is ***** which at the time was active, so I have no idea what she is talking about. This homeowner did all their own renovations and contacted BLK when the inspectors shut down their house for improper work. My crew went out there for months and fixed all the mistakes they made. They couldn't get over on me this is why she is leaving a review over a year after the projects been completed. ***
I needed someone to help me renovate my beach house after the summer season. BLK finished two weeks ahead of schedule which allowed me to utilize the house quicken than I had expected. They did drywall installation, fixture replacement, tile in the bathroom, laminate in the living room, painted the kitchen cabinets, and installed new windows. Highly recommend them to anyone.
