Recently moved into the area. BLK LBL was first on the list. After checking out all the gym options, found the coaching, atmosphere and community at BLK LBL was the shining star. The programming is fantastic, coaches are dialed in and the members are all there to be the best version of themselves. Glad I found a new place to call home. Definitely check this one out if you are looking or even in the area to drop in. You wont be disappointed! Chris

I can't say enough positive things about this gym! I first reached out because I was looking for a change. Michelle responded to my inquiry right away and kept checking in with me for a free trial. She was so friendly and didn't try to just "sell" a membership. She gave me a few days to trial the workouts which was unheard for a CrossFit gym! I was a member for about 3 years and loved every minute. Sadly had to move away, but while there the workouts were always challenging and new, the coaches always helpful and supportive, and the owner Zach is there everyday to keep up with any needs of the gym or members. I will miss BLK LBL! Thanks for everything!
