I’ve been training at Blk Box with Aileen for 3 months. I was nervous at first but Aileen created a welcoming and supportive environment. She’s pushed me out of my comfort zone and really challenges me. This has been a wonderful experience and helped me to feel confident in reaching my goal.

I have worked with Aileen for a few months now and I can’t say enough about how amazing and talented she is as a trainer. Working out tends to make me light-headed and I will usually have a headache for the rest of the day afterward, but Aileen knows exactly what I need to do to avoid those feelings. Similar to their performance location, this facility has an official sign (not a banner), clean restroom, the floor doesn't have ants, towels for both wiping sweat and wiping down equipment, and the air conditioner can be turned on on hot days - basic things you would expect from a fitness establishment. Now addressing the fitness stuff, there's tons of equipment and the owners are always leveling up with trying to improve the facility whether it be with new machines or new equipment to help members with their workout.
