Technician who came to assess our needs was courteous and professional and not pushy at all. The installation appointment was made about four weeks out, but when they had some spots come free they got in touch to see if I was interested (Yes!) On the day of installation the Technician called to confirm his arrival. Taking out our existing monster and replacing it with a sleeker model seemed no trouble at all. Absolutely delighted with the service we received from the initial visit advising two heat pumps, to the long day of work put in by the two installers. It was an unusually wet day, but this did not spoil their cheerful demeanour. Our walls are concrete, but they managed the installation with out leaving any marks or damage to the surrounding surface. Highly recommend this company.

My experience with blizzard was seamless and professional from the initial quote to the installation. James came over to install our Daikin heat pump and I couldn’t be happier with the installation. James is a master electrician and we are looking forward to future electrical work being completed by him in the future. We now have a room that is usable for us during winter thanks to Blizzard. I recently had a heat pump and ventilation unit installed with blizzard. I can't speak highly enough of the service. Very helpful at site visit/quote time went through a bunch of options and explained everything, had the quote emailed to me the same day!. The install team(James and Lomu) were very friendly and professional they done a great job and left everything very clean and tidy when finished. I wouldn't hesitate to use blizzard again and will be recommendeding to anyone I know looking at having similar work done.
