Technician who came to assess our needs was courteous and professional and not pushy at all. The installation appointment was made about four weeks out, but when they had some spots come free they got in touch to see if I was interested (Yes!) On the day of installation the Technician called to confirm his arrival. Taking out our existing monster and replacing it with a sleeker model seemed no trouble at all. Blizzard were just brilliant - from start to finish. We recently had them install an inducted heat pump in our very cold home. From meeting Cheyan who talked us through the options and answerd all of our questions to the pre-installation care to the installation day - it was seamless. Just had a ducted heat pump system installed by jaidyn, Liam and levi. They were very considerate and respectful since I was working from home during the installation and cleaned up as much as possible after the installation that I didnt have to do much at all. Couldnt believe it also only took 1.5 days for everything to be installed. Heat pump has been working great too!
My experience with blizzard was seamless and professional from the initial quote to the installation. James came over to install our Daikin heat pump and I couldn’t be happier with the installation. James is a master electrician and we are looking forward to future electrical work being completed by him in the future. We now have a room that is usable for us during winter thanks to Blizzard. I would like to thank James and Lomu again for installing our heat pump last Friday – they did such an amazing job in the timeframe they said they were going to. They were both friendly, respectful and knowledgeable and would highly recommend them and Blizzard should anyone require a new heat pump to be purchased/installed.
