Had an appointment which I confirmed via text the day I made it and the day before the appointment. Day of they called and I didn’t have my phone near me so they didn’t show up. Call them back and they said that the technician was still going to come out and let me know when. They never called or showed. Had about 10 vents for deep clean. Will be going with another company.
Great company - honest and dependable. Benjamin is a fantastic technician and he knows his way around an HVAC system. He does an excellent job evaluating and explaining if he recommends any particular service and why. He thoroughly cleaned and sanitized the air handler and coils which only helps to keep the home fresh with optimal air quality.
Two out of site techs came ans cleaned my dryer vent made sure to clean after and tape it.
David and Brian did an excellent job unclogging my dryer vent. Works as new again. Service was thorough and professional
Michael did an excellent job! I had an emergency with my new dryer stopping mid cycle. Michael came out within 24 hours to service the ducts. He’s extremely knowledgeable in his work and explained every step of the process. I highly recommend the company especially since they saved me from buying a new appliance!
