All praise Blizzard! Thank you to Theo, Lorna and the amazing and professional team. We came back from Christmas break, a cyclone pending, humidity through the roof and NO AIR-CON. Brilliant service. From the moment we contacted Blizzard AC Services they were extremely professional and friendly. Despite us living out at Dingo they set a date in a reasonable time frame and came on that day at the time they said. The service of our Air conditioners was through and they were very clean and tidy with lots of respect for our home. I would like to thank Theo and they boys for a fantastic job. Their service and customer support was amazing. They came back several times to diagnose, install and then problem solve, which i might add was a problem with our wiring.....not anything to do with the work they had just done. Service like this, especially at this time of year in north queensland is very rare. Our house is now beautifully comfortable thanks to their efforts. Can't reccomend them highly enough!!
