The service and attention from Theo and Lorna at Blizzard was truly exceptional! We had an issue with our aircon in our rental unit at Airlie and had guests arriving the next day. The Blizzard crew were there within hours and replaced the unit before the guests even arrived. It’s not often you get such great, friendly and prompt service but the Blizzard team went over and above to help us. Thanks Lorna and Theo - we are super appreciative!!!
I called Theo and Lorna to service our air conditioners, and they were incredibly prompt in replying and even made room in their busy schedule to come out that same week. Upon arrival, they were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond by helping us find a plumber and electrician for other work around the house.
