Atmosphere is great encouraging but not pushy. I have seen a tremendous change in my body of the past three months that I’ve been a member here.

Blitz 45 Columbus, Ga is a clean and well equipped gym. The coaches are very helpful with guidance and for suggesting alternative exercises to meet the athlete where they are in their journey. I love how the workouts are both timed and by reps; this helps you to focus on your form without delaying anyone else in the gym.
