Horrible service charged us $350 to put crushed up mice/rat poison that looks the same as the home depot one we called and messaged a month later because he said up to 3 months he would work on it was worse than before. Yes i was stupid enough to take his word on the warranty like others but the trust will only go so far. I have screen shots as well of how he read the messages and decided not to reply.

Terrible service and questionable practices. Placed poison that was not in containers throughout the house. Called them to have the poison removed, and no response. Email on the website doesn’t work. Text messages unanswered. I would not recommend calling this company.

If possible it should be a negative rating. At the time of getting contract provided 2 year warranty to us. After treatment never give any receipt or warranty certificate. Later when we had issues denied on the face and hang up on me. He thinks clarifying about 2 year warranty provided is disrespectful and lying and hang up call is very respectful.

Not a good experience and will not recommend. We called as had mice issues on Dec 01-2023. Guy came and did put some medicine. He said to call him if things don’t get better in one week. Took cash and never gave any receipt or visiting card even though we asked. Things didn’t improve and now we are phoning from 3 weeks and no one picking up phone nor responding to text messages. Putting this review in hopes to hear back and just heads up for others looking to use their services.
