Blitz Fitness is so lucky to have Trainer Josh working there. Not only does he have a ton of experience, he wants to make sure you get the best experience out of your workout as well. He works with each individual at their level and provides the perfect amount of push to make sure you're getting the most out of your workout. Make sure you take a camp with Josh this summer; you won't regret it!
