My family and I were so disappointed with our experience at Blissful Bridal in Sudbury. The staff actually bordered on rude during many times in my appointment. The lady who helped us greeted me by saying 'I don't have time to see you until 11 wait here until then'. All other bridal stores I've been to greeted us much nicer (asking who the bride was and congratulating them). Instead she made us feel like an inconvenience. I would not recommend this Bridal shop! Blissful Bridal Boutique staff were not only rude and condescending when I was trying to book an appointment, they did nothing to help me actually book one! They were slow to return my emails and every time I called no one answered the phone. I showed up there to see if I could just take a quick 30 second look at their selection to see if it was worth booking an appointment and I was told I wasn't allowed and they shooed me away like some stray cat off the street.
