This is my second time working with Emma. I worked with her for my daughter who is now in incredible sleeper and now again with my son. He was completely reliant on his dummy to sleep, naps were non existent without motion and he’d never slept in his cot. Emma worked with me with a very gentle approach to remove the dummy and get him sleeping independently. He is now in his own cot overnight and naps wonderfully. I could never have done this on my own, Emma was so kind and reassuring throughout the whole process!

Emma provided us with a life-changing approach to achieving consistent sleep through the night at a time when we needed it most !!! Emma you truly are a life saver and our only regret was not getting back in contact with you sooner! Our 13 month old was taking over an hour to go to bed, using a dummy and would need to hold my hand, he woke every few hours and would either need nursing back to sleep or I would sit for up to 2 hours next to his cot to try and resettle him which usually resulting in us putting him in our bed. I am so grateful that we came across Emma! Having had not the best sleep in our house with both our older child and younger son, when he got to almost 22 months old we decided we needed help! What a wonderful support and guide Emma is. We felt informed and confident to tackle our one year old’s sleep after speaking with her and understanding the more gentle approach to sleep training that she advises.
