If you want to get ripped off this is the place to go to. My husband booked a spa day as a surprise for my birthday he paid in advance and it was a no show by Cristina. The worst part was she did not want to return the money. My husband had to chase after his own money and she had a million excuses why she couldn’t return it “I have no reception to e-transfer you the money”.
