Staff here where very rude when I made an enquiry, didn't book as they expect you to pay half the fee just too book. They also don't mention it when booking just send a link with a fee to pay after you book. Sneaky tactics and very poor accountability expecting people to pay just to book.
The girls are consistent in providing amazing services from facials to lashes to brows I have loved each one!! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone, I am confident I will walk out even happier then when I walked in.
Danielle had done a fantastic job on my eyebrows, I am so happy.
Place cancels on clients last minute and offers them nothing, but expects people to pay for half the service before receiving it incase they cancel? hypocritical. Bad business practice and no loyalty to existing customers. Don't recommend this place at all.
Cancelling on bookings at the last moment is not very good business practice. Please review your processes.
