Bathroom completed and looks lovely. Then you start using it and faults appear. Hot water is coming out of cold water tap in bathtub. Drainage in shower is slow because he connected a p trap to an old existing p trap. Took so many short cuts and now when you try to contact him he ghosts you.
Essentially ghosted me as a customer after a quote initially. Excuses first then no response to calls and messages. Would give a zero rating if that was possible.
