Amanda is great and helps people focus on wellness and has many different options for you to pursue wellness through. Very open and inviting as well as educational.
Great place to workout, get a massage or sweat it out in the infrared sauna! I love that you are surrounded by other people trying to get in shape and you can bring your children or babies to class. Makes it work for us mom's trying to get our body back. All the women are so friendly and inviting.

We all look for the right mix to bring out our best selves and Blissful Balance offers it all in an atmosphere full of positive energy. Amanda works hard to make sure you get what you want out of her classes along with promoting others healing skills as well. It's awesome!
