The owner is very helpful and knowledgeable about the machines he works on... He has had some health set backs, but he still tries hard to get the work done in a timely manner! Sometimes there are just things out of his control, like warranty issues and manufacturer headaches. Yet, he still exhibits great customer service skills to ALL of his customers!
