I called this business to get an estimate on some major yard work. During the conversation everything was going quite well. Then I asked does he work alone or have a team? He said he has to assess the job because he does work alone. Cool, no problem. After that was time to give my address. Well....while this was supposed to be simple, it suddenly turned south. The owner is quite rude and would rather push women with babies than be patient and courteous at the Natural Living Expo in Marlboro MA, all to set up a wind chime in a fake tree. Clearly he's forgotten that impressions count and that these expos can either bring in a new customer or turn away many. Just because you say "excuse me" doesn't mean you have permission to push through a crowded aisle, you actually still have to wait till we can all pass...surprise, yes, that's how it works! go learn how to be courteous to women
