I was taken very well care of at Blissana. They are very knowledgeable and very friendly and helpful with my remedial treatment. They hit all the right spots wi the tension and a few I didn’t know I had.
All staff at Blissana are lovely; it is a great atmosphere. Boglarka is the best therapist I have ever had. Instead of focusing on what I described as my problem area, she focused on a whole body approach, and worked on the root cause of the problem area. She also spent the time giving me exercises to work on (showing me how to do them first) and explaining her reasons behind her diagnoses of my injuries. 100% recommend, will be coming back.
I had a full body remedial massage and it was just amazing. It was just what I needed. Can’t wait to go back.
From my First time.....Had my mindful massage theraphy with Sophie Nash and wow where to start, she is amazing a true world class therapist. The massage was amazing and she got into the spots I didnt even know I had tension and as for the mindfulness theraphy that was fantastic, she defiently has a way of getting you to relax and let out the problem areas that were building up and causing emotion distress and getting me to let go. And even the take home theraphy was a added bonus and made me feel like a millions dollars. 😊�... read more
