Bliss saved me from a half-baked unfinished impact glass window replacement renovation, started by another contractor. They were willing to step in and take over the job, and quickly finished up the project, including all permitting and approvals. And the costs were MORE than reasonable, especially considering the situation. Bliss was great, from the first visit to the showroom to the final building inspection. Even the building inspector said he was always glad to see that Bliss had done a job, because he knew it would be done right. I would highly recommend them, and look forward to doing business with them again.
Bliss Window has been around for many years. They are a very honest and reliable company. I would recommend and have recommended Bliss to many friends. They are a Mom and Pop organization who stand behind their work.
I was charged a service call when I was repeatedly told that no charges would apply to have a tech come out troubleshoot a poorly fitting door that they made for me. The tech took a few minutes and could not get the door to fit. As he fumbled around with it, I discovered where the defect was and made the alteration to the door myself. It finally fit.
