I’ve been coming here for years, since before the pandemic, and used to have consistently great experiences. The staff were always kind, friendly, and helpful when it came to services and skincare advice. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was very disappointing. The staff member barely spoke to me and seemed upset to be doing her job, which made the experience uncomfortable. She was also very rough during my eyebrow threading and upper lip removal. Ive been going here to get my eyebrows done for the longest. The lady here is quite friendly. But I also have tried getting a wax and it wasnt a good experience.
Great work.
Went in on Wednesday afternoon 3:30 pm and the lady seemed unconcerned and just tired. Was not too happy with eyebrow threading, but she couldn’t do better. It is what it is.
