Terrible Customer Service & Misleading Photos Worst customer service experience we’ve ever had, and the inside of the venue was not what was advertised. My Experience at This Event Center I catered 100 ppl for a 80th birthday party at this venue on July 25, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The event center it was very hard to find and was much smaller than expected and did not have a functional kitchen or adequate space for catering setup, which made preparing and serving food extremely difficult and having to make sure that food temperature was okay. I reserved Bliss Studio Room for a family event from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., and while the venue itself was adequate, the customer service left a lot to be desired. My brother and I both live more than three hours away, and because we brought all of our own decorations, I asked if we could arrive a little early to decorate. I was told that early access would cost an additional $200. The owner later claimed she had offered early decorating at no charge, but that was not my experience. Hosted a baby shower for our friend here and it was a hit! The outdoor deck space was perfect for the food setup and upstairs is great so the dj can be separated and still have plenty of space downstairs. The tables are perfect for hosting lots of people. Angie was incredibly easy to work and communicate with and was helpful every step of the way.
