I had an AMAZING experience at Bliss Spa at Old Saybrook!! I received the Sacred Roots Healing Sole Experience and it was heavenly! 🥂 The salts and the rose pedals were so detoxifying and the follow-up paraffin wrap and hot stone work was just what I needed to unwind and release tension. I hv always been a fan of massage for relaxation and workout recovery …but when I found myself suffering with nerve pain I was hesitant about going for massage as I wasn’t sure I could even tolerate the slightest of touch… a review that mentioned Marisol had helped them with nerve pain made me rethink my approach…and I’m soooo glad that I did… after 5 months of suffering…Marisol (without using her elbows—thank u!) worked on my back/hips etc ….and I found myself holding back tears from relief of my nerve pain…some people have... read more
