I was not satisfied with my keratin treatment by Matt (Mert), and he tried to charge me double the price for having long hair after my treatment was completed. (I don’t have long hair). Not transparent or professional. I am happy to pay more for good and honest service disclosed before the appointment. When it is sprung upon me at checkout time, that’s completely unethical. He seems to realize that no one would agree to this upfront, which is why it must be sprung upon a client during checkout. I cannot recommend this place.

For the longest time I couldn’t find someone who can treat my stubborn gray roots and style my hair the way I would like. John is an amazing hair stylist, he transformed my dull and out of style hair into a stunning manageable hair that I love . The atmosphere is so friendly and fun, they are very kind. My experience was nothing but excellent. I highly recommend it to my friends and family.

I’ve been crying for a few days after I left this salon. I used to have long beautiful hair ( 12 years of growing). The stylist didn’t hear me saying “I love my long hair” and cut it the way he wanted saying “bye bye long hair”. At first it looked ok but after my first wash I realized that I am no longer special. Also I came in with the washed dry hair already and got charged extra for something I thought I will not needed. John is an amazing stylist. The salon is beautiful, newly renovated and very pleasant. John is prompt and very accommodating. He took the time to get to know me, and suggested a style and color that is exactly what I have been looking for and one which works for me at this stage in my life. I look forward to being his client for a very long time.
